Da una bellissima collaborazione tra la Cooperativa Sociale San Martino e il Birrificio Indipendente Elav è nata una birra speciale, che verrà raccontata e presentata Mercoledì 12 Dicembre, dalle 18.30 alle 21.30, presso l’Elav Kitchen & Beer in via Solata 8 a Bergamo Alta.
Si tratta della “Step by Step”, una birra seguita passo a passo nella sua creazione da un gruppo di ragazzi del “Progetto Autonomia”, che lungo gli incontri orchestrati con Antonio Terzi, titolare e mastro birraio di Elav, hanno partecipato a tutte le fasi di produzione, dalla macinatura dei malti, passando dalla cotta alla messa in magazzino, arrivando anche a realizzare la grafica dell’etichetta.
Sono state giornate emozionanti, segnate inizialmente da qualche timidezza e timore e terminate con grande partecipazione e gioia come sarà possibile vedere nel breve reportage che verrà proiettato Mercoledì sera.
L’obiettivo del progetto è stato quello di creare l’opportunità per queste persone, di fatto non sufficientemente autonome per poter svolgere un’attività lavorativa, di inserirsi in un’attività strutturata, parteciparvi in prima persona, in una forma di integrazione, mirata a rinforzare la dimensione di adultità e di abilità.
La Cooperativa San Martino è attiva da oltre 25 anni nell’ambito della progettazione e gestione di servizi alla disabilità e disagio in generale. L’aggregazione di competenze professionali e le esperienze diverse hanno contribuito negli anni a consolidare la ricerca e la sperimentazione di servizi sempre più vicini ai bisogni delle persone disabili e delle persone in difficoltà.
Il Birrificio Indipendente Elav ha risposto con entusiasmo a questa proposta di collaborazione e per la vendita della birra “Step by Step” devolverà parte del ricavato alla Cooperativa San Martino.
